Eat, Sleep & Play
One of our goals is to help our business owner-supporters with a new campaign promoting Carpinteria as a dog-friendly place to visit. It’s estimated that 70% of U.S. households have pets and that approximately 78% of those bring their pets with them when they travel. Our “Eat, Sleep & Play” campaign helps tourists find dog-friendly places when they visit our site. Window stickers at participating businesses help direct visitors to our site and the participating businesses. We’ve also encouraged businesses to place water bowls outside, especially in the warmer summer months, and we are supplying branded water bowls.
